follows you since more than one year. Cheer for this site.

First of all excuse me for my English, I speak it and the writing very
badly. I use the Sherlock translator of my Mac, and try to correct after the translation is done. Therefore, there will be obligatorily faults. But I hope that you will be able to understand me.

Some question concerning the format which interests us more: the
1080p.

1) How to film far from our house a documentary without having to ruin itself
in P2 cards? My last film, i shooted 20 hours of film abroad. I had
left with 25 miniDV tapes. How to make about the same thing with
the P2 format? One is obliged to have a portable computer with is or
Hard Drive always connected on the camera. What increases the weight
and poses problems of energy if one leaves to film hikers during
several days, as Panasonic shows it on the booklet of their HVX200.
Even if one film in DVCPRO25 on P2, that remains very expensive.

2) can somebody have uncompressed 1080p in his computeur without passing by a
DV-Connect as that of Convergent Design and a card BlackMagic DeckLink
HD? If so, that could bring moreover one card BlackMagic DeckLink HD
with the HVX200?

3) I do not understand why the DVCPRO-HD is not 24p for all,
PAL or NTSC. Because format HD is independent of the PAL or the
NTSC. The HD is a true format like the PAL or the NTSC. I am in
Europe and I dream to have true 24p to transfer easily on film.
