Shoulder mount Camera rig_ made from crutch with follow focus

hello everyone, im new to this site, but Ive been looking at shoulder mount rigs and decided to make my own with a follow focus,

I used a standard Crutch you can buy at happy harrys or any pharmacy.
I filed down the arms and removed the handle and underarm pad, and relocated them to make them a forward grip and a shoulder cradle.

For the follow focus i used a peice of steel and mounted it next to the lens so that i could use it as a handle and a follow focus. Used a gnarled rollerblade wheel for the follow focus to give it the best grip.
