Hey guys,
I accidentally shot some footage for a client at 24p when it was supposed to be 30p. After converting the framerate to 29.97, all the motion looks strange and has a ghost effect. Any ways to fix this?

No. That's what a conversion from 24p to 30p (or vice-versa) does. The frame rates are too close together for a good interpolation.
Best case is to render to 60i if you need to conform to 29.97.
