Not that I'm aware of. I was under the impression that the fest was open to any member of the forum.

Not anymore. It was a one off requirement a couple of fest's back. Personally i thought it was brilliant.

That's the plan, although if the weather predications are accurate it looks like I'll be bracing for a wet shoot.
