    If you look closely, the picture of the PIX has a cine arm showing in the background, so I'm guessing it's mounted via 1/4" thread on the back. Would be nice if there are going to be various adapter plates available.

    That thing looks pretty sweet. I'm guessing it weighs a ton though. The pictures make it look almost 3in thick which is pretty hefty. The NanoFlash wins for size/weight with the new BM Shuttle coming in close second. Still, this thing boasts some pretty awesome specs and capabilities the others don't seem to offer. The price is a little steep for me though.

    If the audio is great, which I am sure it will be these devices are a great concept. I wonder if they will act as a standalone audio recorder? With SD preamp reputation they could fill a lot of roles.
