Updating Problems!

I'm having kind of a problem here.... (GF1, pTool3.51d )

I did the hack with some options and due to maybe the audio setting i can't playback my videos, and after 2 or 3 times in the playbacksection the camera can't read any of the images and videos. and after that it reports SD card writing issues, after i turn it off and back on again it works normal.

i tried some different settings but it doesn't find the updated firmware on the SD card!!! (i put in version increment 25 and it doesn't find it, and it wont work with the prevent version compare either....)

any updatefile i put on the card is not recognized.... (i put the file on a freshly in-camera formatted card, and also tried a completlely formated one)

what should i do??
i want to trie some options and if thing don't work out the way i want them i at least want to have the manual moviemode enabled...
