What is the next festival?

I'm interested in shooting a film for the next festival. What is the theme and when does it begin? I'd like to get started right away.

a) the next fest title or
b) when they will tell us the next fest title or
c) why they cant yet tell us the next fest title or
d) Maybe their hoping we'll all get bored and go away to do our own thing
