Everyone who enters promises to;

• Give DVX style constructive feedback

But the short should be written exclusively for this fest, right? In this case I'd suggest stricter requirements. Like "a thrilling thriller with no more than three characters" - anything other than just "fiction" or people may submit whatever they already have (I started going through my shorts in my head as a matter of fact).
