Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a teleprompter solution that I can use on location that isn't super heavy and super expensive... Thanks.

Are you guys using the ipad alone or with a beamsplitter? What is your setup like? I'm looking for a solution for talent to look directly at camera btw...

I just bought the small version of this one a few days ago. I like it. Talent liked it. I have a couple of issues with the software that comes with it however.

I converted my old beamsplitter prompter. It was a smaller unit and works fine with the iPad.
I use my iPhone for prompter scroll.

I've been eyeing the iPad specific version for a while now since I already have an iPad. http://www.prompterpeople.com/telepr...eprompter.html

We just ordered the ProPrompter for the iPad from Bodelin. Liked the idea that you can control the iPad remotely using an iPhone, iPod Touch or even another iPad. They can also be ganged to use as multiple prompters.
