Sound is a tad low on mine as well. Not sure why? Not terrible mind you. Just lower I think.

Yeah Michael mine sounds nothing like the upload. Sounds like its been overly compressed in the change over here.

All the entries that came in as QT .mov files had to be re-encoded to a h.264 video container for the streaming to work correctly. I should have checked the option to copy the original audio when setting up the re-encode, but didn't. So any entry I had to re-encode will have that audio issue. I'm working on re-encoding them and will upload them over the next couple hours (takes a while to encode and upload multiple files).

Thanks ... there's a lot of little stuff to do and it does keep me hopping for a couple days each fest, but it's great to be able to support such a fun and beneficial project

Is anyone else having trouble downloading the zip files? For some reason once they hit about 60 MB downloaded, it says they are complete and stops downloading, and naturally the files won't open.

Hmm. I think it's something on my end. If I try and download more than one individual movie file, the same thing happens to the first one, it just cuts off and says its complete regardless of where it is.
