Just was checking out the rules section and it stated 1pm pacific. Is that still on track? Just trying to plan my evening.

Well, for one, the rules did not state it would START at 1PM Pacific, but the first round would END at 1PM Pacific on Oct. 30. Two, even if it did originally say it would start at 1PM, that's just an hour away and none of the upload/approved stats have changed since yesterday at 4. Probably a mad dash behind the scenes to get everything checked and spread out to the servers to make things smooth on our end.
