    Hey guys I sometimes see people post there movie using therre dot mac account and not use there homepage themes. Can anyone explain or walk me through how to post video on my .mac account without the themes?

    I think they enter a Html code. The write the script. If it's what they do, it' not very complicated. You have to set your background color and choose what program to use to see the video. Make a search on it.

    Once you put your movie or your html in a folder on your iDisk, you can refer to it using this kind of syntax:
    http://homepage.mac.com/username/.Pi.../mypicture.jpg

    This gets you directly to the image in question, skipping homepage's themes, etc. You can do that with HTML, MOV files, anything.

    Beware: it is case sensitive!

    I usually put it in my sites folder... that way you can just direct it this way...

    like:

    http://homepage.mac.com/captmench/fruitloops.mov


    and you're good to go.
