What gadgets and gizmos will comprise your rig?

Is this camera appropriate for weddings and events? If so, should it be used with a follow focus and shoulder mount?

I'm asking because I feel my budget will need to be closer to $8,000 to afford an adequately functioning rig for event videography with this camera.

I think that all of the stuff I used to make my GH13 comfortable will work like a charm on the AF100.
