I am really impressed. I use MPEGStreamclip to creae an MPEG file in 1440x810. Even better if I output a quicktime uncompressed file. Doesn't matter if film is CF25 or interlaced. Well, I import in cleaner and export MPEG2 for DVD, both PAL or NTSC (23.976). It'S really perfect. You might have to adjust brightness, but I never obtained this quality conversion before. And I think I've been trying with lots of software on Mac and PC. MPEG Stream and Cleaner are both excellent programs. They do what they are supposed to, and they do it very well. I can finally distribute great SD DVD to PAL and NTSC regions from my HDV footage.
