I know this is a way old thread but I only watched these on DVD to see what Damon can do in this type of movie and I was very impressed! Damon is fantastic in this series of three, found out another is in the works, great movies. I think he is the American James Bond in a sense. This kind of role is well suited for him. Can't wait for the third. Hope its in production soon.

this is an old thread, but i just caught this movie again. the first time i watched it i was incredibly frustrated with the stupid shaky cam action sequences. they nailed them in the first one, but supremacy just takes them out of control... But on the second viewing that car chase BLEW ME AWAY!! Even though every time i watch a car chase i think french connection, i still loved this one. slamming cars on purpose!! amazing.

God I wanna get into a car chase so bad.

jfc the editing was crap on the second one.

Supposedly the fight scene between him and the other treadstone guy in his house was a spectacular fight that looked very real. Too bad they sullied it with mtv editing and quick cuts.

There were moments that I liked in either, but I much prefer Liman's earlier stuff (and no, not The OC).

Overall, these movies seemed a little boring for action movies. I agree about the obnoxious shaky cam stuff and the MTV editing. I thought Stone exhausted all of this in Natural Born Killers. I guess I'm too jaded. I'd rather watch Run Lola Run for its fresh approach to action.
