    Is there a way to speed up footage (1080 24p - Canon 7D) like 10 to 20%, and not get that interlaced/blurred together frame look?

    This is specifically for a sword fight scene, the action needs to be a bit faster.

    Disable frame blending on any clip you do not want frame blended.

    SELECT CLIP --> MOUSE2 --> Frame blend (Tick off)
