For those with a taste for the bizarre, I highly recommend the film "Whole". It's a documentary about voluntary amputees & "wannabees" (people with the desire to have one of their limbs removed).

It's a strange but fascinating film, shot entirely on DV. You can buy the DVD on the website, but it's pricey ($29.95 + shipping for a DVD-R with no menus or special features):
