Did you do this Jay?

On some references the 12v is regulated.
Btw, don't destroy your lens using this drawing!

The pins I gave (have edited my post to say this now) are ONLY applicable to a push-on Hirose type connector (either 6 or 12 pin). The 6 pin connectors are usually found on B4 lenses but the 12 pin can be on either. Ikegami used a different type of 6 pin connector on some of there older cameras and it screws on and I don't know the pinout for that. What type was yours Jaybilizer? Sorry I didn't clarify when I wrote that.

I happened to pick up a cheap b4 lens off ebay -- could I maybe take off the b4 mount and throw an m42 mount on there? I have a pretty badly scratched m42 zoom, wouldn't mind taking a shot at it.
Working on taking the b4 mount off, I'm have a hell of a time getting the screws out...

By the way, if the m42 will work, what should I do to make the flange distance correct -- M42 is 45.5mm where B4 is 48mm. Spacers or something?
Still can't get those screws out, I'm going to buy a dremel and cut new slots into them, I guess, so I can use a flathead.
