Hi, long time lurker here.
Lately I've been following the developments around the GH13 hack and honestly it has gotten me convinced in buying a GH1..
There are just a few things I couldnt find anywhere else, so if any of you can help me out I'd really appreciate it.
Does the patch allow for 4:2:2 subsampling?
Does 24p also work for MJPEG 1080p?
Ive read it somewhere but never seen anyone else speaking of it, is it true you can up the bitrate on audio too? Anyone tried this, any significant difference in quality?
Thanks!

4:2:2 works on the MJPEG modes, although stability can become an issue (i.e. you will experience more write speed errors).
24p on MJPEG works by dropping frames off 30fps, so it's not really a good solution at this time.
You can increase the audio bitrate, but it breaks in-camera playback of clips and also seems to cause unpredictable side-effects like more write speed errors, and other glitches (I don't know all the details since I leave the audio bitrate alone and record audio separately if needed).Check out my short films at Bright Elephant Films and Vimeo
