Just looking to find any decent features shot on the XL2. I tried using IMDB's tech search, but it seems as if they deleted it????

anybody here know of any good films?

    Thanks,

This feature was shot on the XL2, I saw it at a screening a few years ago and it's quite a good film. The filmmakers were able to self-distribute it.
"Local studio seeking young female actresses for short film in which they definitely will NOT be killed. Lack of identifying scars, dental records, or concerned family a plus. Payment to be discussed after shooting...uh...filming."

And The Signal, XLH1... I can name films from the earlier or later models, but I can't think of any from the XL2 offhand...

So strange that the middle child of the XL family doesn't really have much street credit for feature work. The only feature I have seen that shot with it is Larry Clark's Wassup Rockers.

It may have a lengthy resume, I'm sure many projects were shot on it, I'm just saying that ... I can't think of any, and so far neither has anyone else... but that doesn't mean they're not out there!

The austrian feature Film "On evil grounds" was also shot on a Canon XL2 with the P+S mini35 attached to it.
