    Just out of interest.
Which is the oldest video camera still being used by Dvxers for productions (e.g. weddings, short films etc.) ?
If you think yours is the oldest.
When did you buy it? What kind of productions are you using it for? Why haven't you upgraded?

Sometimes it seems like the DVX I bought in 2004 is the oldest, though I know it isn't. And no, I have no plans to abandon it for HD anytime soon.

We still have AG-450's (dating from probably 1989 or so) in our rental inventory, although I hope to God nobody's actually renting those... I sent out an AG-188 not long ago (that was probably purchased around '98).

    I'm still using a DVC30. I just don't have money.

Hang tight, brother! A lot of us feel the same way about 3D. And color moving pictures. And talkies.

Just slightly ahead of their time. I hope their auto-focus / auto-iris team is hard at work on the upcoming AF100.

"Even works in extreme low light." Ha! What a marketing sentence! They didn't say it worked well, just that it worked.

My oldest camera I own is the Canon T2i. Circa 2010.
