    ok, so:
If in still mode you upload it into user define 1 then back in video mode go to
menu/ picture style/enter(set)/user def. 1/display/enter(set)/and arrow up or down to find the marvel preset/menu.
BTW I've done it and it works!
Picture styles for t2i / 550d / 7d are in zip attached to this post

*** this is another important bit you need to know in order to add picture styles to the t2i stills mode, make sure t2i is on stills mode M when adding ***

instructional video on using EOS utility to add picture styles to 7d /550d/ t2i
if u wanna go straight to the part you need, it starts around 2:30 but the whole thing is pretty good and funny , thanks Luka!

Awesome, thanks! I was really worried that somehow this wasn't possible with the T2i due to some minor oversight at Canon.

Picture styles in the zip attached to post 1 are

    Genesis_Panalog4_WIP.pf2
    Marvels_Cine_V1.2_rel.pf2
    superflat01.pf2
    Velvia.pf2

cam only holds three pictures styles so I got lazy (my bad) and I didn't test Velvia

Can you run this test again during the day with "difficult" lighting? Bright skies and deep shadows in the same shot.

I definitely will if I have the opportunity (or anyone else please post tests as I would love 2 see).

The shot above was chosen to see red/yellow/ detail in the blacks and to some extent we can see roll off on highlights in a high contrast situation - flames, glass reflections.

superflat seems so much softer than i expected, i like marvelcine, neutral -4, -4, -1 doesn't do too badly
best detail in the blacks IMO is in superflat

    @CiPO you're welcome

@everyone - check out marvelcine tiffs and look at the small yellow letters in the red part of the Cafe Bustelo coffee tin (tiffs are available for download in post 1)
the line is VACUUM PACKED-100% PURE COFFEE, I can just read it with marvelcine not with superflat

edit: i'm having super fun with these tiffs in photoshop

    GREAT job
It would be interesting to make the same test but having that line of text written in other colors (e.g. blue, red) and see the results DO think it would be exactly the same ? Or maybe "marvelcine" is affecting only some color tones ?
You can do that changing it with a pic editor program
