Hi there, I'm trying to put together a decent shoulder mount rig that allows me to stabilize my footage and to mount a 7" LCD monitor.

I would ideally like to purchase within the UK as I don't want to get stung with big import duties and shipping costs. My budget is around £200.

    Thanks,
    Dom

I'm not sure exactly how you might use one of these to mount a monitor but these supports from Hague (which is based in the UK) are very reasonably priced and well built.

Looking forward to the review. Wondering how that shoulder pad feels.

i FULLY suggest waiting a little
i got a little bug that sent me this about indirail stuff

a new setup designed for the t2i and lighter cameras. supposedly SUPER light. integrated carry handle. Im trying to get him to develop a 15mm rail based handle to move the COB as well.

This little video is not uploded yet but when it is have a watch of the relationship between stability and focus

I just dont get (unless you have an AC to pull focus) how people expect to get any usable footage from any rig where one is not closely connected to the focus wheel -or massively weighed down

Im waiting for a manufactuer to post and prove me wrong

BTW the rig shown is only 1.5 X your budget including a FF

Yokotas, thanks for posting that. I kind of like the look of that one better.
