Not sure if this is the right place, so mods please move (or tell me where & i'll delete & repost)....
We had a "big" snow (read: 3 inches) in Atlanta last Friday (2/12) and had my cam in the car with me, so I put together this quick clip. I mainly wanted to test some custom settings and DOF. On the auto settings, I couldn't see the snow falling. Here's what I ended up with:
+6db gain
1/1000 shutter
manual focus (wear glasses, so if it's blurry, i blame the smudges on my glasses)
I forgot to cut the audio out, so it's still there from the cam.

Looks good... Ya.. we got some snow. I'll see if I can put up some footage too. We're getting flurries here today as well... Uh oh.. time to go buy bread and milk!

LOL! No kiddin'.....people around here panic at the sign of 1 snowflake!!! I saw the flurries today on the way to work and was like "oh crap...traffic is gonna suck [more than usual]"

I got some footage of those flakes as well since we don't normally get it in so called "Hot 'Lanta".
I was in the store fighting for the milk and bread too but didn't film that...D600, 7D | CS-6 | Dell m6500 - Windows 7 Pro 64bit
