Hey,
As a continuation of this thread and for those of you out there who have been living in Vancouver for a while, I'm sure you have a lot more experience/knowledge with the local computer shops here. (I just moved here 2 weeks ago).
I'm looking to buy new parts (CPU, Motherboard, DDR400 RAM, and Video Card) for the best prices.
Which stores have the latest stuff, reliable, reasonable/cheap pricing on good products? Names, phone numbers, addresses?
Thanks!
Norm

Norm.. I get all my stuff from New Type, www.ntcw.com. They always got the coolest stuff and prices are hard to beat. They are downtown down by Yaletown.

I agree with Jarred, New Type is a good place to shop for parts. They have a website at: http://www.ntcw.com/. I have been using them for the last year and a half and have no complaints.

Ya, that was probably me. I had to pick up some some blank dvds to get me by until my shipment from http://www.blankmedia.ca/ arrives. If you need CDRs or DVDrs they are the place to get them - low prices, low shipping costs and no customs because they are located in Canada.
On another off topic supplier bit, I found a great supplier for MQ tapes that is in Burnaby. They sell a box of 5 tapes for only CDN$33.75 ($6.75 per tape). Their website is: http://www.thetapehouse.com/
Can't wait to see your movie on Tuesday. I plan to bring a couple of friends as well.

YO!!!
I can't wait to see your movie! Will that be the only Premiere? What time and where exactly? I need instructions! I'll definitely bring some friends. What's the entrance fee?
I'm on Hornby St (near robson and granville), so am I close to the premiere location?
I'm super excited!!!
