not 2 sure what ur asking. Are u asking which one is better? 7d hands down in the image quality. But usablity and all round good video camera...the dvx.

7D can do Full HD. 7D can change lens. 7D uses CF Card.

Boy, talk about apples and oranges. DVX is a standard def camcorder that records to tape and has a 1/3 inch sensor. 7D is a still camera that shoots HD to CF cards with an APS-C sensor. Both are very capable of stunning images but, generally speaking, are going to give very different looks, not to mention the difference in functionality.
What kind of look are you trying to get?
