    So could you use this to control the camera remotely using the EOS Utility? If so, would it be possible to have the DP shooting a scene with someone "pulling" focus from a laptop the whole time?

    By no means do I know for sure, but if you couple that wireless thing with something like
    http://www.breezesys.com/DSLRRemotePro/index.htm

    then I guess you could do what you want. If the EOS software does the same thing then thats ok too. Again I havent built one so I dont know for sure.

    My thoughts where initially drawn to using it on a jib whatever
