Here is my entry to the 2009 National Film Challenge. I loved working with the 7d and my nikon primes. The camera worked like a champ. The only issue I had was using the Beachtek 5d audio box...horrid audio in some parts.

Aside from that, I just loved shooting with this camera...my favorite.

    Thanks all:

Man I tell you...everyone should enter one of these 72 hour or 48 hour film contests. It really is a good exercise to master one's craft. Not only do you have to think quick about filmmking, but then you have to make all the pieces fit.....script, storyboarding, sound design, etc. Add to all of this...NO SLEEP. It is funny how sleep depravation wil mess you up big time.

All in all, it is about bringing out the best of everyone and working as a cohesive machine to create movies.

LOL...if I ever met a dude like that main character I'd have him Baker Acted..l

Great job on this piece (48hrs or not). Everyone looked so dead serious.....meaning they played their roles so well.

LOL this was hilarious and very well done. Love the lighting man, what did you use for the talking head?

Also, what lens did u have on there? Super wide and looked sharp.

I liked it, then you said it was a 48hr film (or 72?),
    HOLY CRAP!
    Very well done.
