This isn't really an HD monitor. The baseline definition of HD is any resolution over SD, and while this device can achieve a higher definition then this, it can only do so through a VGA connector(computer display type connector) and at a maximum of 1024x768, which for our purposes means it isn't capable of 720p.
It appears that it would function fine as an SD video monitor, although cheaper solution can be found.Visit me at my website www.NickBrianWalters.com

looks interesting. Same resolution as many of those "HD" marshall and ikan models.

Did anyone get one of these? What would the HVX Component output display when converted to a VGA adapter? Would it be better focusing than the LCD (which is horrible!!!)
