Help! Japanese menu's

I have a shoot coming up where I will be operating someone elses's japanese GH1 and I don't have an english GH1 for reference.
I've downloaded the english manual and luckily the icons will help me navigate to most things. My main concern is selecting the right film modes.

Can someone post a quick pic of the menu kanji for the 'smooth' film mode?

it should look like this " スムーズ "
You can also see in the top right corner, it will say 4/12 (its the 4th mode)
