Maybe now the Red heads can compare apples to apples and leave the 7D alone, just a thought![]()

Not the prettiest that's for sure...
They remind me of the traps in Ghostbusters...

Definitely reminiscent of the ghost traps. I think they look nice though. I like a camera that looks like a piece of gear and not a toy.
Any idea how much these things will cost? -- EDIT: nevermind, I found it in the links.
Basically way out of my price range. The product line-up will cost between €50k and €130k with the entry level model utilising a 16:9 sensor and an electronic viewfinder while a more fully-featured version will have a 4:3 sensor and optical viewfinder.
The cameras will shoot 1-60 fps and provide 2k resolution. They are expected to compete with the Sony F900 and Panasonic Varicam 3700."We've all been used...and reused...and abused...and amused!" [ ZARDOZ ]
"If you don't have anything to say then you shouldn't be making films. It's nothing to do with what lens you're using." [ Chris Doyle ]

Not just here but not that much at Reduser either. Which is odd to me because certain Red guys seem to love to trash the sh!t out of the 5D and 7D but don't want to post up against who their real competition is... am I wrong about this, some one let me know please. Otherwise I'm gonna assume it's just a case of insecure schoolyard bullying, picking on the little guys, customer wise and gear wise.
