yes, but they're not ideal, they're designed for sensors that are massively bigger than APS-C
using them on a smaller sensor has two effects:
* the good part: you only use the center of the image circle, and discard the (usually more problematic) corners
* the bad part: you blow up the image (inmensely in the case of MF-to-APSC) and defects stand up
I've tested a few MF lenses on my T2i, the results are here:

(I've also tried a CZJ biometar 80mm f/2.8, was not bad, but not impressive either)
