I bought the adapter when the Extreme first came out... It's in great condition, has never failed me... Used it on 2 music video shoots for the HVX200.
It comes with a Nikon lens mount, a support bracket, and the 82mm thread size for the HVX200. A Cavision RS-15IIM rod support system with 24 inch steel rods.
*DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SPECIAL OPTIMIZATION KIT FOR HVX200* -- It just comes with the standard achromat lens.
Message me if your interested in purchasing, I've sold on here before... I'm selling this package for a $1000.

Certain cameras have certain optics that need special achromat lenses to help reduce vignetting... the Sony EX1 and HVX both have optimization achromat lenses I believe that help those cameras to achieve better images when using the Letus Extreme. Buying them new from Letus runs about $300 I believe, so it's worth it to look for someone selling a used system that includes an optimized achromat if you plan on shooting with the EX1 or HVX, otherwise, what this guy is selling is for you...
