Anyone have anything to report good or bad on a production 300?

Just got my order confirmation that my camera will be delivered on Friday (March 27) I leave almost immediately, for a week long gig in Lafayette,Louisiana.
While there, I will use this camera side -by- side with an HPX-500.(My client's camera) Although I'm on this particular assignment as the gaffer, I will set this up and have the DP (who's looking forward to playing with it) run footage at the same time, purely for my own and his interest.
Although the footage is for a client, and probably won't /can't post it, I will have time to play with the camera and try some whip pans and various shots that I anticipate to cause issues.
I will not be able to post anything until I return on the 7th of April.
I'm sure there will be many posts of footage by the time I'm ready, but will do so if there is interest. I will attempt to post an interview set up, camera movement, tracking of action, whip pans, and some hand held footage-similar to some reality shows. I will shoot these in 1080p @ 24frames.. Any other requests ?
I apoligize for the long winded, un-important other details, but I wanted to clarify that I will not be able to post footage as quick as some would like to see it. I hope others can share as well .

We have a full production demo model. Same 24p issue as before but it seems cleaner. I am going to do some tests with JVC PL mount adapter and post them up on Thursday or Friday for everyone to check out.

Hope they get it figured out as 108024 is a pretty nice choice and would be a bummer to have that detractor. This cam has me a bit interested in going back into P2 again.. mmmm.
