Need *2* HD Stock Footage Shots of fancy College Dorm or Quad

Hi,

Rather than shoot this myself, I was wondering if I could find someone who already has some HD stock footage that establishes an Ivy League-ish college daytime exterior, preferably featuring a dorm or similar building. We can pay $40 or so /shot.

I'm making a short film that takes place inside a dorm room, so I just need the opening shot(s) to establish where we are. Ideally, we'd have some students walking around in the shot on the way to class but that's not required. The college has to have classical or semi-classical architecture; it has to look like a place a student would pay a lot of money to attend.

Please let me know if you have anything or know a resource. I can't afford the prices on the usual stock footage web sites out there so I'm looking for a deal. All I need is a couple of shots. This short will appear on YouTube only.
