London via wood - skateboarding montage

    Hey guys

This is my first time posting a montage on here, its been a couple of months since I've filmed, my dvx got faulty just before christmas, and decided to upgrade to an hd prosumer like Ive always dreamed of, so I went for the hmc-150, and Im so happy with it. All the pros of the hvx without the cons pretty much.

I got my hmc a few days ago, and filmed in London yesterday, which was pretty harsh weather, snowing and super windy, but we got some good footage so I put together this montage.

Hope you guys like it, and critique is welcome.

    Thanks!

All i can say is that is a beautiful work of art you just shot there..

And i cannot wait to get my camera back, inspired again... Thanks dude

And I assume you used the skateboard for the low dolly shots, but the last shot had horizontal movement and it was very still, how'd you do that?

Thanks so much man, Im glad it inspired you.

The low dolly shots were filmed with my tripod head attatched directly to the dolly base, here is a picture of me filming with it.

It was slightly bumpy on the low dolly shots, because my track is slightly worn down where the two parts join, so it is not completely smooth.

And the last shot was filmed with my standard dolly set up, my tripod attached to it. Here is a picture of me filming with it set up in that way.
