Hey there,
I'm way up north (outside the Cranberry Twp area) - will have an HMC-150 pretty soon. What kind of work do you do?--Allen Ellis
Check out my latest film shot on the HMC-150 - a huge project I'm very proud of: http://www.vimeo.com/9368376

Hey there...Im just 40 minutes outside the city on the West Virginia and Ohio border. Im always doing work in Pittsburgh, however.
Id love to setup a meeting of users in the Pittsburgh area so we can all get together and network. Would be nice so we can throw work at each other, rent gear to one another, or just share ideas and resources. It would be great to establish a community with everyone!

Pittsburgh Filmmakers is great from what I have experienced. It is a wonderful program.
I attended a few of their workshops and a couple lectures and presentations in the past. It is definitely an incredible local network. They even have certifications programs as well, and a gear rental office that provides free rentals to members. Such an incredible advantage to the indie filmmaker.

Yeah, I live in Pittsburgh but am currently studying film at University North Carolina School of the Arts. I took a few classes at Pittsburgh Filmmakers and the people are pretty cool. Equipment office people are "rough" however.
I love Pittsburgh, lots of great locations to film and there is so much to the city beyond sports. I'd love to meet up though at some point with my fellow DVX users.Gh2, Canon FD set from 24-85mm and 14mm panasonic.
