I don't know if anyone else have had this problem before. My footage seems to flicker really bad during transition. This happen when I applied the bullet editor effects. Any ideas to solve this?

What mode are you shooting in -- 60i, 24p Normal, or 24p Advanced?

I'm wondering if this is related to some of the strobing problems that Premiere has had with 24p footage. Does it seem to affect primarily overexposed areas, such as a background sky?

If it is in the overexposed areas, try applying the Broadcast Colors filter to the clips and limiting luminance to 100 IRE.

Let me know if this helps at all.

Does this occur on all your transitions?

Also, after rendering, try stepping through the transition frame by frame to spot what might be causing the flicker
