24P or 24p on 60i

Hey all, I can edit on a 24p timeline in premiere ok but what are the disadvantages of using my matrox x100 to edit the footage in a 60i timeline - visually they look very close and I don't always have to master a 24p dvd. Benefits are realtime hardware and plugins. Any thoughts?

use which ever suits you. I use both. 24p for things i want 24p for, and matrox for quick little projects that have no aspiritions of going to film, and dont need to be a 24p DVD. as you know the matrox card makes the quick stuff really easy to complete on short deadlines.
