Living in the NTSC world, I know only a little about the PAL world. *I would like to be able to produce some PAL material, with a PAL DVX100, and make a progressive DVD. Are there any issues with progressive PAL DVDs? *Do progressive scan PAL DVD players exist? And also, I heard that NTSC authored DVDs can play on PAL players; is that true?
How about 24fps movies produced in North America, are they transfered 1:1 for PAL DVDs at 24p? *Or are they converted to 25p?
