here is an interesting test from the casio ex-f1

I have been very impressed with the quality of the HD video from this little camera... but, for (very) short shots... the frame burst is very impressive. Of course, the buffer of 60 frames really restricts what you can do... but I think this demo shows just what the future could hold if they can increase the buffer to hold, say, 600 frames.

Remeber, this is not even a dslr... but the depth, colour and sharpness are pretty amazing for a camera that cost $900.
