Panasonic EU tells me AG-HMC151E is PAL/NTSC switchable!

I have a little issue with my HMC 151E. I tried to switch it to NTSC coz i wanted to shoot something in 60p for an action sport slowmotion. So i set it as 59.9 Hz, i turn my camera off, I turn it on back and it says: " Cannot be used due to incompatible data". I cannot record nothing when in NTSC. I tried different recording modes also but it still says this message.

I tried with two different card's brand and for sure i empty the cards before i switch in NTSC (i even formatted them). There is no PAL footages on theses cards.

Does anyone had the same issue and could tell me how to fix it ? Thanks Xx

[Exact]

You need to FORMAT the card in the camera AFTER you switch. If you don't format it still has the last setting used on the card - and if it's the wrong one then you can't record anything.
