Has anyone tried any of the avisynth anti-aliasing filters on these "jaggies"?

I'd love to find a free alternative and I'm needing to convert my D90 footage from 24.000 to 23.976 to intersplice with my HV20 footage in PPro anyway... It would be nice to do a little work on the video while converting. (I have not been using VirtualDub / avisynth stuff for the conversion but presume it can be done)
