hey, just checking with people. I bought a brand new Lenovo laptop (from lenovo) for P2 and editing and I see it has a dead pixel. I called them to see what they can do about it and they said..NOTHING. It seems like if there's just 1 dead pixel they wont fixed it. Is this normal?
I never had dead pixels before..with mac, this is my first pc in a while, I wasn't sure if I would mind that a could see this red dot on my screen, its small that I thought I could live with it but got worry it will bother me more down the line...so I called to ask..and they said....sorry but we can't do nothing. Doesn't seem fare that I paid for a computer that has a problem already. don't know if to make fuss with this...
What do you think?
Thanks

I believe Apple's tolerance for a return is about five or six pixels.
