Might not be the place to post this, but i figure it's as good as any.
When exporting the video as an H.264 mp4 file everything works fine except one scene the audio seems to come in just a second or so early. It seems to be synced fine in the actual timeline in Premiere Pro but not when i export.
Is there an easy solution or is it something i just have to play around with?
I'll try some more settings but if anyone has any advice i'd love to hear it.

It's a good idea to have a visual and audible 2 pop both 2 seconds before the first frame and 2 seconds after the last frame. That way you can compare both the head and the tail to make absolute sure that your film is in sync. If it's in sync at the beginning but out of sync at the end, you know that you have a drift problem.

problem solved. I exported using 2 passes and that seems to have fixed the issue. Also may have been exporting at lower quality audio-wise without realizing before.
