Well done,
I have to say a great camera ~ just a tad out of my price range! I'll stumble along nicely with an EX3.Sony EX3, Panasonic DVX 100, SG Blade, MacBookPro intel.

thanks. I won't be getting one. I have an ex3 on order and am happy with my f350. If i work for a client like the BBC or Sky HD who won't take those cameras will hire in a 700

Does the PDW700 have variable frame rates? Or is that only a feature in the EX line?

Philip your great on camera. I read on b-roll.net that 24p would eventually be added as an upgrade. I think this might be the next beta sp for broadcast and corporate procuction.
