Data Rate Help!

Hello!

I'm trying to export a quicktime file from Premiere Pro 2.0 and for some reason it's not letting me check the "limit data rate" box or the "keyframe every" box.... anyone know why it's doing that?

This is a 29.97fps project, 720x480 widescreen, using h.264 compression, .mov file?

Nevermind -- I figured it out.

I'm using sorenson 3 as a compressor and it worked, so it's just that certain compressors don't give the option!
