That's generally true Jeremy. This time though, maybe they're a day late because they were making it be such a low noise device?

Late is ok by me because I'm not yet in a position to purchase what I want for a dslr and 100 dollars more is ok too if it means lower noise.... this new chip promises to output all pixels at 6.3 fps with lower noise than other designs of similar pixel-pitch thanks to its “Column-Parallel A/D Conversion Technique” whereby each column of photosites is given its own Analogue to Digital Converter.

Awesome... took long enough for DSLR's to be Fullframe........... jeez... i waited like 4 years to settle on a 5D only cause its full frame.
