Hey guys!
So I just got my self a new computer and Magic Bullet Looks and since I was dying to test it out I dug up some of my older footie of my photography friend and startet to mess around.
I tried to use some footage I havent exposed before, but some of the shots some of you might recognize. The CC is a bit extreme and I pushed the colors a lot.
The shots are long and dreadful, but I just put it up for those of you who are interested in seing more footage from the sgpro and with some MB looks added to it

Beautiful images. Do you have a flip module on there?

looks great man. its weird how, especially with the last shot, sometimes the DVX just cant deal with the color red. But regardless, it looks great man. always love your work.

Thanks guys.
I don't have a flip module on it, but maybe I will in the future(if I get some money).
I feel a little guilty posting this old material again, but I'm glad you liked it. Personally I think it's too saturated(notice the green outlines of persons jacket sometimes), but I really do like MB Looks, it's so much more fun to CC now with the new "application" it uses. And with the new computer it only took me 2mins to render the clip in premiere, which I think is very fast concidering there was MB apllied to every shot.
It's such a shame with the dvx's problem with reds, I love the dvx, but man those blocky reds kinda ruins the images
Even though you try to single out and desaturate the reds in post, they look blocky. Fortunately, when watched on a TV it isn't really noticable.
Thanks again guys

Hey tommetass!
My new baby is a desktop pentium core 2 quad cpu, nvidia geforce 8800 GT 512mb alpha dog edition, 4gb ram, a raptor 10 000rpm system hardisk and 1TB extra disk,
and my most precious of all, the 24" Eizo s2431 widescreen lcd
I'm officially( i had money in my account for like 1 day) broke again, but it's worth every penny. My 3 year old laptop was about to burn up now.
I probably edit 90% faster with this machine, I'm a happy bunny

Real sweet footage, nice colors. I liked at the start when you were following the star of this piece, how you kept the focus sharp on him and it didn't drift once. That shows great control with the SG. Maybe would of been nice though with some of the ambient sounds of the forest added into this piece.
Love your work mate.

Nice that sounds pretty nice
I have a new computer myself now. It's a Intel Core 2 Quad Core as well
With 4 Gb ram:P
Would you say that the raptor system makes the editing faster? I just went with a normal 7200rpm harddisk, figured I didn't need a raptor system yet..
Can I ask how much you paid for it? :S
