    Quite the opposite.
Being a 'Love' themed fest - I'm worried about not giving the story the time it needs to have any sort of impact. I know we can get all the information across in 6 minutes - but will anyone care like they might if it were told in 9 minutes?

    I guess we'll see.

Our script right now is... well... I'll update on that later today.
Our writing process has been interesting this time around - we're trying some new techniques that we've never done before... thanks mostly to the people on this site that have inspired us to try some new things.

I'm still wrapping up things from the holidays - still have a friend in from out of town who is leaving later today. As soon as things calm down here today I'll update this thread with some actual information.

See - this is why I didn't want to start a thread....
I haven't posted anything yet and you're already raising the bar on me.

For those of you who don't know, by the way, Jason's film would make Kubrick himself cry with envy at the mastery of the film language.
It is a force to be reckoned with. A 6 minute film school onto itself.

Let's see you live up to that!

...by the way, thanks for the compliment.

Luis, I'm anxious to see if this film is going to be as good as you say it will be.

    Only joking, of course.

Glad to see you putting something together, Luis. Piece of crap or cinematic ecstasy, I look forward to it nonetheless.

Having met Luis, all I can say is the guy oozes talent from every pore. I don't think it's overselling this project to say that it will be a cinematic touchstone for this and future generations.

Rumor has it that Helen Mirren has a supporting role and that John Williams and Gustavo Santaollala are angling to score the film.

    Good luck, LC!
